Elena Santi

She predominantly advises on corporate matters, where she assists in the implementation of extraordinary transactions and corporate governance streamlining.

She also assists clients in litigation, including arbitration, in corporate law matters.

After graduating with honours in Law from the University of Bologna, she obtained a PhD in Commercial Law from the Bocconi University of Milan.

She is a member of the Bologna Bar Association.
She is the author of several publications on corporate law.
