The firm, which today is known as RLS, was founded in 1996 in Imola and over the years has expanded with new partners and collaborators, also opening offices in Bologna and Verona.
The professionals who make up the firm are able to provide assistance both in judicial and extrajudicial matters, in Italy and abroad, also leveraging the collaboration of leading foreign firms thanks to membership in the ICLA (International Commercial Law Alliance) network.
Clients are guaranteed the highest level of confidentiality, expertise, and efficiency, which, also thanks to continuous updating, allow the firm to offer high-level services and tailor-made solutions for each individual client.
RLS lawyers provide assistance and consultancy to industrial groups and entrepreneurs, professionals and M&A advisors, private equity funds, banks and financial institutions, as well as individuals.
