Real estate transactions

The Firm provides real estate advisory services, assisting clients with transactions—in Italy and abroad—involving the purchase or sale of real estate, equity interests in companies holding real estate assets, and real estate funds, as well as through the drafting and negotiation of, among other things, finance lease agreements and lease agreements for industrial complexes, shopping centers, and other commercial properties.
