The Firm advises clients on real estate matters, assisting them in connection with transactions, in Italy and abroad, involving the purchase or sale of real estate, company shareholdings or companies in the sector, through the drafting and negotiation, among others, of leasing contracts and leases of industrial complexes, shopping centres and other commercial properties.
