Matteo Danzi

He deals mainly with corporate law, M&A, issues related to generational succession, domestic and international commercial contracts and corporate sustainability.

He is also active in advising startups throughout the various stages of their development.

After earning his law degree in 2017 from the University of Trento, he worked with law firms belonging to the professional networks of two “Big Four” firms and, subsequently, with a leading law and tax firm with offices in Verona and Milan.

He is a member of the Verona Bar Association.

He works in Italian, English and Spanish.
