The Firm’s lawyers have proven experience in the regulations governing banking activities and those of financial intermediaries, credit and debit cards, and payment services. In court, they also follow banking litigation, assisting both leading credit institutions and companies and individuals in disputes on anatocism, usury and financial instruments.
