Diego Rufini

He deals, both in and out of court, with corporate law, business crisis law and banking law, also providing clients with assistance and advice in corporate reorganisation and restructuring operations.
After graduating with honours in Law from the University of Bologna, he obtained a PhD in Banking Law and Legislation from the University of Siena.
He is a member of the Bologna Bar Association and a member of the Register of Lawyers (Lawyers qualified to practice at the Supreme Court).
He teaches Commercial Law at the School of Specialisation for Legal Professions at the University of Bologna. He is a speaker at a number of seminars and conferences on corporate and banking law and the author of several publications on the same subjects.
He is a member of the Corporate Law Working Group of ASLA Associazione degli Studi Legali Associati.
