Federico Lolli

He deals mainly with corporate transactions, M&A, extraordinary transactions and real estate transactions, in Italy and abroad; he also deals with commercial contracts, both domestic and international, and advises on, among other things, the definition and implementation of clients’ business development strategies, in Italy and abroad.

He is also active in matters related to generational succession.

He is the firm’s contact person for ICLA, the International Commercial Law Alliance, the international network of which RLS is a member.

He graduated with honours in Law from the University of Bologna and is a member of the Bologna Bar Association.

He is fluent in English, French, German and Spanish.
