Rossella Paduanelli

She deals with corporate law, M&A, bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings. She is also active in the field of commercial contracts and business consultancy. After graduating from high school, she graduated in Business Law at the University of Bari Aldo Moro and did her internship ex art. 73 d.l. 21 June 2013, no. 69 at the Public Prosecutor’s Office of Bari, specialising in corporate crimes and corporate crisis.

In February 2025, she also earned a Master’s Certificate in “Business Lawyer and Corporate Jurist” from the 24ore Business School.

She is a member of the Bari Bar Association.

She works in Italian and English.
