The Firm, which today takes the name of RLS, was established in 1996 in Imola and over the years has been enriched with new partners and collaborators, training young professionals also at the new offices in Bologna, Milan, and Rome.
The professionals that make up the Firm are able to guarantee assistance in both the judicial and extrajudicial phases, in Italy and abroad, also making use of the collaboration of leading foreign firms.
Clients are guaranteed the utmost confidentiality, preparation and efficiency, which, also thanks to constant updating, enable them to offer high-level services and tailor-made solutions for each individual client.
RLS lawyers provide assistance and advice to industrial groups and entrepreneurs, M&A practitioners and advisors, private equity funds, banks and financial institutions, and individuals.
